About Helping Hands
The people behind the support.
Helping Hands Residential Services LLC is a private company built around one goal: steady, respectful support for adults working toward more independence.
Our story
Why we started
Helping Hands did not start with a business plan. It started with watching people who wanted more independence and more presence in their community get stuck, waiting on support that was inconsistent, distant, or simply not available.
We built Helping Hands to close that gap. A company that shows up when it says it will, tells the truth about what it can and cannot do, and measures its work by whether the people it supports are actually moving toward the life they want.
Our mission
"Helping Hands exists to empower individuals and families facing disabilities and other barriers to independence through compassionate support, education, resources, advocacy, and opportunities that promote stability, inclusion, independence, and quality of life."
Our values
What guides the work.
